Current Vacancies: Junior Sales Consultant
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, focused and at least one year proven ability to close business, preferably but, not essentially within the used/new telecommunications industry, through either end user or trade relationships.

Usedtelecoms trades all over the world, it is essential that the successful candidate be able to speak, read and write English to a high standard. Additional languages would definitely be an advantage.

Based in Brighton, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business to both end users and traders in Europe, this will be through email marketing and telesales.

Concentrating on the European markets, you will help expanding our network of customers and suppliers and interface at technical manager/purchasing level, covering carrier class telecommunications infrastructure and switching products from manufacturers such as Nokia-Siemens, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, CISCO and Nortel.

Madrid based sales position

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, focused and has at least three years proven ability to close business, preferably but, not essentially within the used/new telecommunications industry, through either end user or trade relationships. Usedtelecoms trades all over the world; it is essential that the successful candidate is able to read and write as well as speak English to a good standard.

Based in Madrid, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business in the carrier division to both end users and traders, this will be through email marketing and telesales; in addition, you will be reacting to enquiries generated from our website.

Concentrating on the Spanish and South American markets, you will interface at technical manager/purchasing level, covering carrier class and switching products from manufacturers such as Nokia-Siemens, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, CISCO or Nortel.

Main Duties:

To promote products and services within the territory, achieve revenue and profit targets and set objectives.
  • To develop and maintain product and industry knowledge in order to provide accurate and up to date bespoke solutions to customers
  • To identify and develop New Business opportunities at all times
  • To maintain customer records and provide accurate business forecasts as required.
  • To represent usedtelecoms.com with integrity and in a professional and diligent manner in order to maximise business opportunities and customer satisfaction
  • To work as a team and provide support for colleagues, sharing information and knowledge where possible
  • To maintain positive and beneficial relationships with your customer base to ensure repeat and upgrade business
  • To maintain the hours of work as set down by the Company.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Company.

Remuneration Package

OTE up to €60,000 (commission uncapped) depending on experience
